Order Confirmation and Shipment Process

Order Confirmation:
- Immediately after placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we've received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
- We promptly check with our suppliers to ensure your item is in stock and ready for shipment. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we'll cancel the pre-authorization and inform you via email.
Free Shipping on All Orders:
- We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. Enjoy the convenience of having your items delivered directly to your door without any additional shipping costs.
Order Shipment:
- For in-stock items, we aim to process your order and charge your credit card within two business days.
- Within 24 hours of your order being dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor your order's journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Shipping Timeframes: The estimated delivery time varies based on your location and the shipping option chosen. Here is what you can expect:
- Handling Time: We process and prepare your order for shipment within 2 business days.
- Transit Time: Once dispatched, your order will be in transit for approximately 3 to 7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and your location.
Order Cut-Off Time (PST):
- Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Orders placed before this time will be processed and shipped out on the same business and up to 2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed on the next business day and up to 2 business days.
- This schedule helps us manage shipping efficiently and ensures that your order is on its way to you without unnecessary delays.
