Easy 30-Day Return Policy

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Here's how our hassle-free return process works.

  • Eligibility for Returns: If the item you received is defective or damaged, please take photos and share those with us. For returns due to a change of mind, to qualify for a return, please ensure that the item is in the same condition you received it -   unworn and unused, with original tags, and returned in its original packaging. Also, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Approval and Shipping: Once we approve your return, we'll send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send back your package. Please note that returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Handling Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it right away. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We're committed to rectifying the situation promptly.

Easy Exchanges

Want a different item? The quickest way is to return the item you have, and after we accept the return, place a new order for the item you want.

Special EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For our customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The same return conditions apply: items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags and packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll inform you if the refund is approved. If yes, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
